I am currently working on a children's fantasy comic, tentatively titled "Jamie Finds His Way Home." It is a short story about a boy named Jamie who must find his way home after getting lost on a walk through the woods with his parents. The comic will be approximately 20-30 pages long and drawn somewhat in the style of medieval/older fairytale art (I've always loved the line style and funky proportions). My current goal is to finish it by the summer, though it's certainly possible it will be done before then. It will be available as both a digital PDF and physical book (printed by Mixam Printing) on Gumroad. Below are some previews of in-progress pages.
Hourly Comic Day 2019
Since I'm working on my comic now, I figured I would try doodling some panels for Hourly Comic Day! Hourly Comic Day is a comics "holiday" in which artists attempt to draw a comic for every hour of the day that they're awake (usually the comics are about what the artist does during their day). Unfortunately it happened to fall on a day I was very busy, so I was only able to do very doodle-y small comics from 8am to 6pm, but it was a lot of fun! Below are the first 5 that I drew. The rest can be found on my Twitter page (link at the top of this page).
